Timeless terraces

Do rainy days and Mondays always get you down? Well, today is Tuesday and it's raining in Sydney and it's wonderful. Cooling and cleaning our beautiful city and maybe us Sydneysiders without air-con will get a good night's sleep tonight.
The lovely picture featured today was taken by Emma Simmons ex art director of Get Up & Go, who recently took a trip to China. the image is the cascading rice terraces of Yuanyang. Once again I am reminded that the world indeed is a wondrous place.
