Be it first time visitors or seasoned tourists, many of the 40 million annual visitors to Las Vegas are doing it wrong. Here are the top five things to avoid doing when planning and visiting America’s playground:
1. Don’t delay. The best rates for hotels and airlines are usually found when booking at least three months in advance. Resorts including Bellagio, MGM Grand and The Mirage offer their guaranteed best rates on their sites as well as a calendar of rates for up to 12 months in advance. Once your travel plans and hotel are booked, be sure to make restaurant and show reservations as the most popular dates and times are usually booked well in advance.
