At a splendid lunch last week for Silversea, media was treated to not only good company and information but to divine food that Sydney always comes up trumps with. Lunch was at Aria at Circular Quay. Matt Moran's restaurant is a fave with Sydneysiders and although the first two courses were brilliant, I go for the desserts all the time. Pictures are the three on the day's menu. NO – I didn't eat them all, just the little meringue tart - but if you are having a malaise day today - look at the pictures, and think about sugar - it will perk you up.
